A one-person Salesforce consultancy that punches well above its weight. No overhead, no corporate layers — just a senior developer who gets things done.

The Short Version

I'm George, the founder and sole developer at Delta Rho Software. I've spent over a decade working with Salesforce — as an in-house developer, a consultant at large SIs, and now as an independent contractor.

I set up Delta Rho because I got tired of watching clients pay agency rates for junior developers wrapped in layers of project management overhead. The model is simple: you hire a senior developer directly, get senior-level work, and don't pay for the bits that don't add value.

I specialise in the programmatic side of Salesforce — Apex, Lightning Web Components, complex integrations — but I'm equally comfortable with declarative tools when they're the right choice. The goal is always the same: find the simplest solution that solves the problem properly and build it well.

Outside of Salesforce, I'm a tech lead who thinks about architecture, code quality, and developer experience. I bring that mindset to every engagement, even if I'm the only developer on the project.
